  1. My Ment&Stano Log


    Just started this morning, I am dosing:

    Ment: 50/50/50/50/50/50/0/0
    Stano: 600/600/600/600/600/600/600/600

    I have liquidex on hand. Should I start this today or only if needed?

    Pct: Torem 120(days1-3) 90/60/60/30
    DAA: 3/3/3/3
    Erase Pro 1/1/1/1

    I just took the ment a half ago and I already feel pretty good. Might be placebo, I don't know, future days will tell me more.


  2. Just to give a little more info, I am running a cutting diet of 2,500 kcals, tapering to 2,000-2,100kcals by weeks 6-8.

    Also, ment is awesome.

  3. Just finished chest/bi's. No change I strength, but endurance is insane.

  4. Okay, day two:


    I woke up and took 10mg ment and 300mg stano.

    Oddly, the ment seems to have some appetite suppression on me; which is outstanding for my diet.

    I am going to hit the weights (ment 20mg PWO) in a few hours and then some cardio tonight.

    Let's see if the endurance stays with me

    not the brands you are using,but stano is awesome!ive been wanting to try ment but yet to but i have heard the brand you have is good!good luck with your run

    It hits you like caffeine; you can feel your intensity rise within 30 minutes with 20mg.

    I have used caffeine or a preWO almost every workout and yesterday I didn't even want one

  11. Okay:

    I did back and Triceps today. Dead-lifts went well; I didn't experience as much fatigue. I actually ended up finishing my workout 15 minutes soon than normal. The intensity is amazing

    I just got back from a run around the town and it felt great. Can't wait till real changes come. I probably won't update till after leg day on Thursday.

    Ment is sickening

  12. Holy chit I love stano and ment:


    Wellbeing is amazing; endurance, amazing; strength, amazing.

    Did chest and bis today. Bench was up; incline and decline.

    Since I am cutting, my vascularity and definition is getting ridiculous.

    Two people told me my arms look huge, one of people I've never really talked to. Aw yeah

  13. Strength gains are coming! I'm down about 3 pounds (including water). Vascularity is insane, so is definition.

    I added a rep to deadlifts; 405lbsx3. I think I'll try 455lbs next week *almost* had it pre-cycle.

    I added a rep to each set of my weighted dips. I'll through some pics up here soon (-_-)

    And dosages have been:

    8 am: stano 300mg, Ment 10mg
    10am: Ment 10mg
    12-1pm(PreWO): stano 150mg, Ment 20mg
    3-4: Stano 300mg, Ment 10mg

    Totals: Stano 750mg, Ment 50mg
    Liquidex: .5mg EOD-EO3D

    Trestalone acetate. Its a 19 nor that's supposed to be the best of tren and deca... I've got a few grams of raw that I need to compound for my next cycle.

  18. Alright, leg day today. My strength is finally back up, I really hate lifting while cutting, I need my carbs. My squats went well, endurance was better than last week.

    I may be shedding a tiny bit now from the Stano. Worth it though, vascularity, mood, endurance rocks.

    Also, the bodyfat is melting off; diet is king.

    I hit 405lbs, which was my previous PR, so strength is staying. I also noticed some stretch marks on the side of my pecks, I'm growing!!
