ok i finished my first hdrol cycles pct last week so im speaking from experience here.
go 6 weeks 50/75/75/75/100/100. i say start with 50 first week cuz youll get some nice bp headaches for a couple days. the hdrol definately takes about 3 and a half weeks to actually feel it. but once its on, its fuking on. 1 week worth of on isnt worth the money, time, or pct.
as for others suggestions. goo cycle assist choice, dont need organ shield on top of it.
good serm choice, good dosage
and do erase 0/0/3/3/2/1 which is 0/0/75/75/50/25 which will extend 2 weeks past serm
and id also add some sort of pct assist or test booster like daa. if you got the cycle assist from athletic innovations, they have a pct stack with 2 tubs of assist and one bottle of pct assist, which is pretty much just test booster + resveratol
trust me dude, youll think 4 weeks at a low dose is stupid, we're relatively the same size so youd like this cycle more. i gained 14lbs at the end of the cycle, and kept 7.5 at the end of pct. the first 5 or so will come in the first week. its just glycogen though, so dont go all ass happy and eat like a dum**** like i did. control your diet lol.
my cycle could have gone better. Igot sick on the last week and started it stayed through the first week of pct. then i hurt my rotator cuff right after getting sick. so mine could have gone a lot better. hope you do better than me
lifts went up like this
bench press 225x5 to 250x5 to 245x4 end of pct
squats 275x5 to 315x5 to 305x5 end of pct. i use strict form on these so i go deep as ****, still a little lower than id like though
bb bent-over row 220x5 to 245x5 stayed through pct. not pendlays, just bent over with reverse grip. pendlays = twice as hard
OHP 155x5 to 170x5, probly all the way back down to 155x5 since i havnt done any since rotator cuff injury
even with the sickness and injury, my cycle didnt go all that bad. only sides i had were back pumps that hurt like a bitch on some squat days, and headaches the first week. make sure you get a bottle of NOW taurine caps and just dose 3-5g preworkout on leg days, and maybe back days
