So I'm about to bump up from 30 mg to 40 mg tomorrow. Should I take a dosage of 10 mg at four different times during the day or should I still only supplement at three different times during the day while taking 2 pills (20 mg) before my workout? Any suggestions or information is much appreciated! Thanks!

6-8 hour half life, dose accordingly to that. If it were me, one in the morning (9) one at 3 two before my workout which is about 8-9.
