I just started S-4 trying to recomp/lean bulk. I am dosing 50mg ed 30 minutes pre-workout. I have seen people do just the single dose pre-workout and have also seen dosing split twice a day since the half life is only around 4 hours. I was wondering if there is any benefit to dosing twice a day or if I will see the same results continuing 1 dose pre-workout? Any help is appreciated!
