    Question Fiber and Prohormone Issue


    I love eating sweet potatoes and brocolli. Curently stacking SD and EPI and read somewhere that the fiber content in foods can actually mess up the absorbtion of the PH's becuase the fiber causes things to be moved quicker, is that just total BS

    Fiber is known to slow most food absorption. I've never seen anything on its affect on PHs, but I don't see how it could be any different.
