What sides should I be looking for/what would prevent me from going up to 100 for the last two weeks?

3. Yes; a structured training and diet plan. Try to eat 1.5-2g protein / lb of bodyweight. Satisfy your daily EFA (Omega's) requirements. A good ratio for lean bulk is 50%protein/40%carb/10%fat. Calculate your RMR and go 500 cals above maintenance.

The only thing that has ever worked for me for back pumps was taurine at 1g a day. I would add the joint supps to the pre cycle as well.

Use daa for 6 weeks.
And I think 6grams of tuarine will be an overkill.
