Havoc, 2nd cycle

    Havoc, 2nd cycle


    Hi! I've done a first cycle of havoc about 6 months ago with very good results, I dosed it 30-40-40-40-50, for a 5 week cycle in which I gained 4 lbs and lost a good amount of fat.
    I'm starting a second cycle now,my idea was to dose it 40-50-50-50-50. What do you think about it? my weight is 92 kg, about 13% bf.
    thinking to eat about 2500 kcals a day,with 300 grams of proteins. any suggestions?

    Oh, I've done bloodworks.

    ALT and AST are at the lower limit,very good.
    HDL is at the lower limit too,ths is not so good.
    all other results are perfect!

    AST was 20, ALT was 21. I did the bloodworks one month after the end of pct. HDL is 40, is a little low. I used a lot of fish oil,could I use something else to improve it?

    Yeah. Those are great AST numbers. Thanks for the reply. Lipid stabil keep all my cholesterols looking great. Also like above said. Time and healthy fats.

    What's lipid stabil???last cycle I had great increases in strenght too, this time i'd like to try a gironda workout..any experiences?

    It's a lipid support supplement. Nutraplanet has it under 20 bucks. Keeps your heart healthy on cycle. I run it with liv52 and fish oil and a multi during my cycles. Seems to keep me normal.

    I set my gironda workout, 8x8, 4 exercises for big groups, 3 for little ones.

    could you give me a suggestion about the kcals?My main point is to cut and add a little mass and hardness. I usually bulk at 2500 kcals,what should I do in this case? I thought to stay around 2500-3000 on WO days and 2000-2500 on rest days, but I'm worried it could be too low to obtain decent results. What do you suggest?
