test pct clomid and nolva?

Hey i am fixing to run my first injectable cycle of 500 mg test e and I'm just trying to get my whole cycle laid out first do i need both clomid and nolvadex for pct or just one or the other I've read recommendations for both just trying to clear up the confusion

You can recover better post cycle if u use both nolva and clomid. You could go even further for your natural test and get on sustain-alpha, D-aspartic acid, etc...
