Hi all new to am.com.
Im starting a new course in coming months, no precise date set as of yet...
It'll will be my first major course, as I'm competing next year im looking to stack some serious size on. Although i have used in the past.
Was thinking of cycling omnadren, dbol and proviron been recommended of a mate of mine.
Some stats of mine are;
18years old
5'11
198lbs
10-12% bodyfat
Lots of knowledge about nutrition and training so that will be bob on just looking to put the icing on the cake now with some advice on the gear. Dosages, pct etc then it's onwards and upwards :)
Any help would be much appreciated

Just lift hard with protein and creatine. Stay away from steroids for a few years
