    I'm starting a cycle of ans alpha mass. What is the best diet for stacking mass?

    This. I would suggest starting off at 500 cals above maintenance, and constantly measure bf % as you progress... then adjust values from there on out

    I totally agree with this. I always keep my fat under or right at 100 g a day when my cals are at 4800. Works wonders.

    However for myself I found I needed to add almost 1000 cal on top of my maintenance cals to gain. It's been an amazing cycle thus far.
