Now I have used the search bar before anybody recommends that but I wanted to bring it up again.

-Gains? Weight? Strength?

-Fat loss? Stamina? (cardio wise)

-Bloods? (probably most important to me)

Anything else would be appreciated..thanks guys

I had positive results with what you're asking but did not get bloods.
Biggest thing for me is I noticed extreme vascularity in upper chest/neck.
