How to Set Up Helladrol Cycle & PCT

I've used the 'search' button, but even the other threads asking for advice, know more about how to set stuff up than I do. I've never run anything hormonal before, so I'm wary. I know that I need to have Tamox on hand, and maybe Forma Stanzol, DAA... but not sure how to set it up. Does Tamox start on the FIRST day after the LAST dose of Hella? 40/40/20/20? When does DAA/ Forma start? Should I start DAA two weeks before the end of my cycle so it kicks in RIGHT when PCT starts? Halp. Also know to purchase Taurine, and Cycle Support for during.

Here's the format for a basic cycle...

    Cycle:

    1) Prohormone
    2) Cycle Support (livery/kidney/BP, etc)
    3) Multivitamin
    4) -optional- Test Base
    5) -optional- AI (Use when using test base)
    6) -optional- Fish oil (joint support/better absorption)
    7) -optional- Taurine (helps prevent/alleviate bad pumps)

    Post Cycle:

    1) SERM (Clomid, Nolva, Torem, etc)
    2) Natty Test Booster
    3) AI (Estrogen Blocker, etc)
    4) Post Cycle Support
    5) -optional- Cortisol Blocker
    6) -optional- PreWorkout
    7) -optional- Creatine
    8) -optional but recommended- Test Supps (i.e. DAA)

Note: Diet and Training are just as pivotal!

Also, SERM the day after last dose of your PH. DAA same day as SERM. AI's tend to start a week or two after.

Week 2: Hdrol + Cycle Support
Week 3: Hdrol + Cycle Support
Week 4: Hdrol + Cycle Support
Week 5: Hdrol + Cycle Support
Week 6: Hdrol + Cycle Support
Week 7: SERM + DAA + Cycle Support
Week 8: SERM + DAA + Cycle Support
Week 9: SERM + DAA + AI + Cycle Support
    Week 10:SERM + DAA + AI + Cycle Support
    Week 11:AI
    Week 12:AI

Edited to make AI start 2 weeks into PCT and therefor spill over two weeks after everything else. Look legit?

If you want cortisol control just use ErasePro for your AI... Kill two birds with one stone... And its easy... 1 cap a day... Then if you feel the need, taper to EOD.

I found on my first and only Epi cycle that using DHEA on cycle to combat lethargy was very helpful but I'm not sure about for HDrol. Some people do some dont...

Just make sure you plan PCT correctly.

How do you know if you need a SERM? If it's not necessary, isn't it more toxic than the Helladrol?

Also, on 50mg days, it's one a.m. (pre-workout, workout is first-thing) one p.m... on 75mg days is it TWO a.m. and ONE p.m.?

On 100mg days is it THREE a.m. and ONE p.m. or is it TWO and TWO?

You don't NEED a SERM for basic PH/DS cycles, a SERM just helps your body normalize faster (not to mention it's cheaper). OTC is viable for a lot of your beginner cycles, but you'll need to buy a couple bottles of stuff (like DAA + Reversitol or Triazole or Erase). A 15 dollar SERM costs a lot less than 3 OTC products lol. SERM use is a bit toxic, but the studies are on long term use, your basic 4 week low dose SERM use will not be a huge issue.

My basic cycle setup for 1 compound:
    1-2 bottles of PH/DS
    2 bottles CEL Cycle Assist
(used from Day 1 of cycle all the way through PCT)
1 SERM of choice (nolva or torem for me)
1 Bottle DAA (i use SNS caps)

This will get the job done, and is very cost effective. Guys love to add in things like Erase and such, but it's typically not needed. Can it help? Sure. But if you're trying to run simple cost effective cycles, the more ancillary products you add, the more expensive the cycle.

I know for me, I'm gyno prone... I'm using a SERM no matter if I need it or not.
