I am 34 years old. I have been lifting for 10+ years. 190 lbs. 7.5% BMI. I am looking to break long standing plateaus and make positive gains slowly. I would like to lean bulk up to about 205 lbs. I have recently ran cycles of mild pro hormones (Natadrol, Methyl 1-D, and MMv3) with minimal gains. I am looking to gradually increase the potency of cycles but my mind is blown with all the thousands of choices. If anyone has any suggestions as to what ph's I should begin researching and considering it would be much appreciated. Please keep in mind that I want to start slowly focusing on significant gains without major sides and slowly progressing into the nastier stuff. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
