Def not true... Ha. Hgh is very beneficial.that guy dosent know what he's talking about.
Do some research and understand the odds of you getting real hgh is slim and it's also a lot of money.

so saying hgh has sides is "definately not true?" enlighten me mr genius

im pretty sure these are potential side effects
    nerve, muscle, or joint pain
swelling due to fluid in the body's tissues (edema)
    carpal tunnel syndrome
numbness and tingling of the skin
    high cholesterol levels

and thats just from dr prescribed doses. dont even start on body building competition level doses

im asssuming he meant not true regarding the 'its not worth it' part.

hgh does have those side effects listed above + natural production stunted or lowered if used incorrectly.

I dont know from experience, but i would say the benefits outweigh the sides if you can afford it and can find quality GH

To each there own. Some don't get symptoms and some do. So to state it's bad. Would be like stating milk as "bad".

I just dont know if I believe all the pros of HGH, I mean that's what all the people selling HGH supps tell you but I just don't know. That's a lot of pros, I just wonder how much research is backing each one of those pros.

Being as hgh needs to be run for a good amount of time, and it's expensive, i'd really only use it if you are planning on being a professional athlete or bodybuilder or something that pays money for your body being at it's genetic peak (and beyond). There area lot of positives to GH use, and some negatives obviously.

LOL. Those are all clinically proven and shown to be positive results in studies man.

Of course dumb ass supplement companies are going to tell you that their HGH supplement does exactly what real GH will do for you. They are able to blatently lie on any label they want.

GH is a very well studied hormone. there is a ton of research on it.
