Alright folks got transfom sd extreme ave done d boll sust and test a few years ago but not sure how i should take these and for how long i have milk thistle but should i take it once or twice a day i am 30 years and 75 kg any advice will be awesome cheers

a common scheme i've seen is: 10/10/20/20

10/10/10/10 or this 10/10/20/20, it depends on how you respond and feel. this is 1st your sd cycle so id stick with the first option.

And is it okay to run that on its own or should u run something else i am not sure how much milk thistle to take when u say 10/10/10/10 what do u mean by that sorry for sounding like a mong

You proably already know this, but keep Taurine for the back pumps. I get them even on low doeses of MDrol. I use milk thistle before and after the cycle, but not while on it.

I'd always stack SD with a test base. If you won't inject test, I'd run Stano at 800-1200 a day. AndroHard works well also.

i done 1 cycle of HD and used taurine.I went as high as 75g mgs and 100 mgs of HD25 and used taurine..had very mild back pumps.

have another run set up 6 weeks hd25 and 4 weeks stano200,ill be taking 1000mgs daily of taurine.

10mgs a day per week if it were 20mgs a day per week it would read 20/20/20/20
