On a 6 week run of SD, stano, and trenazone, I gained 18lbs.
All I know is I'm going to be eating and lifting like an animal, and yes I have my PCT in order.
How much can I expect to keep?
Every body is different. If you eat well and train well you can keep all the actual weight (not the initial water/bloat). Keep eating and training hard during PCT and beyond and you should have no problem keeping 70-80% of the gains. One of the harder parts is if you shut down at the end and hit a wall of lethargy, can make it tough to keep going hard.
