zinc as gyno preventor - any experience?

Hi there.

Well, I got a question regarding zinc supplementation during a cycle of aromatizing PH stacks (mainly 4-AD is concerned). A lot of the testosterone users supplement zinc at about 100-150 mg ED in order to keep the aromatization under control. Thus a 16 week cycle with 250 mg/5 days testo enantate usually does not reflect in a gyno. So, my question is if anyone tried this with 4-AD, s1+ etc.? I am thinking of doing it with the next cycle of s1+

I personally believe that they supplement with so much simply to protect the prostate. I dont believe it should be relied on for an anti-e. Nolva or Clomid is a surefire so why not invest a couple bucks I guess....

simply - nobody ships to the EU, and even if someone ships the customs ceize it in 95%. and adex or letro form some dealer or so cost something like 200 € per 30 tabs so
