wow... m5aa actually works
I have been reading a number of threads on this compound and have heard mixed things about it. Some say huge strength increases & vasularity, some say it's all placebo. I figured the latter would happen w/me. I have been on m5aa for about 12 days now, starting at 30mg a day and worked up to 60mg.
I thought I noticed a little bit more energy and focus in the gym, but I was sure it was all in my head. Then monday I put up 245 for 8 when I normally get 2-3, 225 for incline for 8 where I normally do 205 for 5. Tuesday I got 10 wide grip chins w/45 lbs around my waist when I normally get 5-6. I am setting PRs left and right. I love this stuff and recommend it to everyone.

Other than strength keep us updated with what happens to you physically (recompostioning effects). Do you take it all preworkout or spaced through the day.

I'll post my results once the cycle is finished here. So far I look leaner and more defined. It's not too drastic, but it's noticable. Some days are different then others but I'm sure that's due to my diet.
I take 10 mg in the morning, 40 preworkout, 10 before bed. On off days I'm only taking 40 mg in 4 doses spread through the day.

once you cycle off M5aa are you able to keep the strength gains or do they usually go away Post Cycle. Also, what kind of PCT would you do for a M5aa only cycle?

I'm sure you don't keep all of your strength gains but bet some are kept. As for pct nolva will do. I had half a bottle of 6oxo and ZMA lying around so that's what I'm using for pct. From what I hear m5aa doesn't shut you down very hard so I think this will work fine for pct.Originally Posted by OmarJackson

I came off 5 weeks of M1,4 with 100mg/day of M5aa.
I haven't lost any strength; I just haven't gained it at such a rapid pace. I miss it dearly, hehe. I think I will stock up on the M5aa.

Yeah, I didn't notice a damn thing. Except for some minor acne.
And I just got strong. I would like to hear a little bit more feedback on MDHT before I decide which one to stock up on. Either way, I'm convinced of the power of DHT, that's for damn sure.

M5 was disappointing to me, even at 100mg/day. 3-Alpha t/d was better. I just started a cycle which includes M-DHT, however, and if I'm not mistaken, I feel it. Its only 3 days, so I'm waiting to really have a verdict. I had an outrstanding workout today, but this is coming off of a 9-day lifting break, so I'm not jumping to conclusions yet. For the record, I'm at 50mg/day in divided doses 25 in the a.m. and 25 pre-workout.
