first cut cycle progress (pics bishes)

    i know how ghey you guise are for pics on the forum so since i don't have time to log i decided to throw up a progress pic

    cycle is test suspension with Sd preWO (sd ran for 6 weeks idgaf). no AI. proviron and nolvadex used instead. not by choice, just don't have funds atm and that's what i already had to play around with. trying to scrape up some cash to finish the cycle with tren ace but i don't know if thatll be possible. i'm around 7-8 weeks in i lost track lol

    this is a learning experience for me as i'm trying to learn how to get into low bf% and get really ripped and veiny. i'm doing very well now, when i'm pumped and holding weights i can see a ton of veins in my arms, delts, and upper chest. striations are also there when i'm lifting. hoping to try a contest sometime but not until a couple practice runs with cutting

    i had no idea wtf i was doing in the beginning tbh as i've been bulking since i was a teen but after some trial and error with 3 weeks of stalemate i started learning how to correctly play around with my diet. no cardio done at all. progress is still showing up

    questions, comments, and advice are welcome

    Looking gd (no homo). Man I remeber a while back,under another user make 4got my password, u helped me out on a cut and this now is Ur first cut lol. I'm bout to start a clen and t3 cut to get from 200 to 185 may throw in some epi to not lose any muscle. And towards the end of year do a lean bulk with test and winstrol. Keep up the gd work.

    thanksbrah.. haha i lost my account one time it f*cking sucked all my posts and history gone. luckily mods helped me out.

    i've never ran clen or t3 so can't comment. but id run something anabolic alongside for sure. and on your lean bulk choose a small ester if you've pinned before. propionate, phenyl propionate, or no ester (suspension).

    no target weight

    although, i don't want to be under 195lbs or i'll get mind f*cked and start bulking

    so staying above 195lbs and try to get as lean as possible

    Yeah I was thinking about kick starting it with test prop first 4 wks then goin to test e so I don't have to pin everyday. And test e really doesn't bloat me up to bad wks I was thinking the winstrol would still shred me up. But that cycle still awhile a way. The clen and t3 I think would cut me up pretty well along side epi. My body reacts well with epi. Hopefully that wud be enough to keep from eating too much muscle. If u get on the tren let me know how that goes for ya.

    Nice bro! Getting shredded! So what did u learn on trying to cut? Just your overall diet training etc or a secret u can share? Wondering have u switched to higher reps short rest while training to keep burning bf? I know to burn bf your heart rate should be about 70-85% off your v02 max.

    Jk ....looks awesome....don't let the scale dictate to you...let the mirror do that. Nobody knows how much you weigh...and i bet they are impressed with your muscle mass / condition regardless of if you're 185 and cut up or 205 and little softer. Probably more impressed at the lighter weight with more definition

    all diet at this point

    switched to whole grains for my carb source. whole grain oatmeal, brown rice, brown toast etc. i do a few days with no carbs at all and shrivel up, then do a few days with little carbs, then 1 or 2 days with high carbs and repeat. just carb cycling. this is the thing that changes my body mostly on a day to day basis. the re- fees days i get really full and vascular but if i stay high on carbs i start getting fat so i have to cycle it. i look my best in the gym on re feed days (vein wise and fullness) but i look my leanest in the stomach on no carb days especially after taking a preWO. sh*t makes me piss my water weight out like there's no tomorrow and kills my appetite. prob the caffeine or the stim but caffeine is always insta piss for me.

    i also dont so as much beef. switched to chicken and tuna. protein remains normal about 200g/day give or take.

    and i still don't understand the roles of fats in cutting (although my fat intake is probably low i don't do any olive oil or PB or steaks). and absolutely no dairy except for some cheese here and there.

    i don't count calories so i don't really know where i'm at but id say around 2000. sh*t there are some days i maybe get 1000 cals in only.

    i do more water on no carb days then i do on carb days. helps keep my appetite down to resist eating more.

    ive read so much conflicting BS i'm just trying diff things and seeing what works and that's a general guideline that I've been using^

    no changes to my training at all. still lift heavy 4-6 rep ranges then for the last few exercises do burn outs. i should probably try higher reps... any comments on this from anyone?

    i do more stomach workouts tho. if stomach is not soar i always do a few stomach exercises after my regular workout.

    ive always read that you don't even need to workout your stomach. just lower bf% and abs will show. f*ck that. work it out with weights and get those abs bigger so they show more clearly.

    that's true i'm actually looking bigger the more weight i lose and the more my abs show. it's just an ego thing and it's hard to get over

    I have been around 175/180 and cutting forever....only now does the cardiologist ask me, twice in the same visit, if I'm "on steroids again" LMFAO...and of course I got a visual you have no symptoms of low T the other day at the primary. F the scale, and F what other people say about how much you weigh, that is what I say. better to be cut up with a decent amount of muscle, as you say, you look bigger and bigger the less and less you weigh (provided you put on some decent muscle in the meanwhile LOL, that is important).

    and hell yeah on the carb cycling and 2k or less calories....works like a charm (IF you can stick to it of course)...but yes, you look like shyt on the lowcarb/no carb days, but fill out nice on the high carb days. so that part sucks. esp if you only do "moderate carb days" for your higher carb days, you don't even get the full visual effect of carbing up. I continue to take in high fat even on the carb days, so that blunts the carb effect even more...this is not necessarily a good thing, but I'm a protein and fat lover I guess.

    Figured mostly diet! I tried the Palio diet about a year ago. Got ripped real quick not sure if U have seen it. Basically consists of fats and meats. A pound of bacon is a must. Went weeks on almost zero carbs. Post workout got about 40 grams and that's it. The owner of the gym I worked at told me about it. It's refered to as the cave man diet. First couple days I felt like **** then my body got use to it. Only problem is everyone at the gym kept telling me how small I was getting. Didn't like that so much. Very vascular and running natty the whole time. Problem arose when I got back on carbs heavily and literally **** water for weeks. Not fun. I did try the carb cycling and got good results on that. I will be running winstrol the last 4 weeks with my current cycle and will carb cycle then. Have u ever used any coconut oil in your cooking or shakes? High in sat fat!

    it's easy to stick to it on cycle because results come on so fast and even on no carb days you're gym sessions are fun. i'm gonna try an abrupt refeed soon with no moderate increase in carbs and see if i can get a better visual effect

    i tried keto a while back and saw results but i felt like complete and utter sh*t for two weeks. and as much as i thought i was getting "cut" i was just getting a lot smaller lol. i dont like going too long without carbs. maybe 3 days sometimes even 4. ive never used coconut oil. def read about it tho. carb cycling on winny should be fun. if you can get low enough bf your refeeds will pop veins and density should be through the roof

    i cant use prov for more than 4 days in a row or i shed when i comb my hair. keep an eye out on that and dont depend on it as an AI. i had to add in nolva to help with the nipples prov wasnt cutting it alone

    just purchased some erase right now too so i can save nolva for pct

    That burn out for the last 3 exercises is what's keeping your heart rate up, like cardio. But that's something I love to do as well.

    As far as ab workouts are u going for strength? Ex:6-8 reps or doing higher reps 15-20 or until u can't anymore? Can you be a little more specific on your ab routine? I love to hear different routines.

    Taking notes bro, thanks. i will definately take a look on hair i have very thin hair ... i would prolly start from 25 mgs a day and then up to 50 mgs, not planning on using more than that... and yeah, will still have my aromasin on hand, probably will cut the dose in conjunction of the prov, as i also suspect that prov would not cover me at all, so this real experience advice is really helpful.

    Oh man, keto....that is straight bullshyt all the way. best thing ever for losing fat and even preserving muscle...but got-damn, you look flat and deflated as fck on it. When I was much younger, probably 24 or 25 I did the bodyopus diet by DD which is 5 days of keto then on the weekend you do some wacky carb up deal....anyways there was this kid at work that would always tell me how I had big muscles and all this stuff, tell me you must've just worked out before work you look really pumped today etc...so while on like thursday of keto, 4th day in, kid see's me at the time clock and told me damn you look flat, like you lost all your muscle, what happened? LMFAO, I was scarred for life I swear to God. But he didn't need to tell me, I saw it and felt it. carb cycling is nowhere near as bad as a keto diet, but you do look flat and feel small when on the no carb/low carb days.

    ah! must be all the burning out then thats helping because i burn out like a mofo on stomach too

    i start off with 3 sets of hanging knee raises (with elbow straps). go right, middle, left, repeat. i also put a light medicine ball between my knees or wear ankle weights when available... these i go to burnout usually around 10-15 reps. nothing ive done helps eliminate lower stomach fat like these. i still have a way to go on lower stomach tho

    then 3 sets of heavy cable crunches failing at 6 reps followed by burning out on these as well

    then3 sets cable torso twist each side (f*cking love these they ripped up my outer abs nicely) failing around 6-10 reps no burn out

    ab machine crunchs failing around 10 reps with burn out as well

    been on this routine for about 6 weeks now... i do this after my regular workout when stomach isnt sore and takes about 20 min

    try no/low carbing on SD... you feel like death, but look godly!

    I was gonna run the SD upcoming at 20mg WO days only for 8 weeks with ABv3....but you got me thinking about 10mg per day for 6 weeks ED or 10mg per day for 8 weeks....my liver was beautiful on the last blood work and has been so for 7-8 years, why not beat the shyt out of it for a few months? it'll survive I'm sure
