Could you elaborate a little? To be specific I wanted to know essentially is this:
Since it is a strong anabolic, and would help in lean mass gain and strength etc. Would it prevent muscle breakdown if a person did morning cardio on an empty stomach?

Anabolic is the opposite of catabolic. An anabolic is more anti-catabolic than anything else in existence. So, yes. You should know this if you're even considering using it.

M1t is way too toxic to be used solely for anti-catabolic properties. Maybe stick with 1-test or M4OHN.

anabolic build up protien (muscle fibers)
catabolic break down of proteins ( loss of muscle)
anti-catabolic equlibrium between protein break down and building (preserve muscle)

so m1t is more than anti-catabolic

No I know I just wanted to verify cause I never hear any people report any fat loss on M1T by itself. So im thinking that while on M1t for bulking, an added benefit would be to do some empty stomach cardio to burn some pudge.

    Thanks alot guys

That's because performing cardio on M1T is damn near impossible. It should increase your vascularity dramatacilly, so you would appear leaner if you weren't dropping bf.

it makes most people horribly lethargic. and for me, it gives me back pumps that hurt sitting still.

well every one reacts to it defirently, i didnt notice any lethargy, most people do.

but dam this stuff shuts you down hard.

i think 4-ad/1-t trasndermal is better option, yes i takes moretime to see same gains from m1t. but its much safer, and yields to more keepable gains at the end.

I had plenty of fat loss on my second cycle of m1t / 4ad. I lost 6lbs of fat and gained 6lbs of muscle in a 2 week cycle. This was mostly because at 10mg of m1t I had absolutely no appetite. I had to gag down food.

I noticed really painful back pumps however i was still able to do 20-30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week...leaned out my legs and stomach A LOT...and this was M1T by itself, no stack.

However, i did not dare try deads or even heavy squats for those 3 weeks...my back would have exploded

    regards,
