Did my **** get seized?

Hey guys, I bought some M1t off of auction and im looking at the tracking and this is what it says (package is still in pennsylvania, im in ontario)

RECEIVER'S CUSTOMS BROKER ASSIGNED. THE SHIPMENT IS NOW RELEASED FOR DELIVER

What does this mean? Does it mean theres someone waiting for my package on the other side?

This could mean a few things assuming this is international shipping.

1. It could have been clogged up in tracking for any reason just needs to be cleared correctly before the next shift ships.
2. It could be ready to ship like it says or its in the mail just not being tracked correctly.
3. It could have passed the inspection an is ready to ship.
4. It is just clogged up in the system somewhere and its just sitting somewhere to be corrected.

5. Worst case it was held up by the custom inspector and its listed in the shipping info incorrectly.

It is en route.

I've dealt with a customs broker before for some large furniture. It's basically a term that describes a person who executes procedures required by customs.
