    SD Cycle *Clarifications needed


    Goods
    SD 1-5: 10/20/20/20/20

    Support
    Cycle Assist 1-5: As directed
    UDCA 1-5: .5g ED

    PCT
    Clomid 6-9: 100/75/50/50/*25 if needed
    Aromasin 6-9: 25/12.5/12.5/12.5/*12.5 if needed
    DAA 6-11: 3/3/3/3/3/3

    I have a question about the UDCA, how do you measure out half a gram of this stuff? Anything missing?

    Taurine and Liver 52 or Liver Juice.

    Other than that, why extremastane for PCT? I mean yeah it is a solid AI (and its easier on the lipids compared to Arimidex) but you don't like Erase?

    Ha, lol my logs have been ghost towned even though I still update it lol. Been asking these questions for a bit. It was originally for a more extensive cycle and always good to have on hand, or use in the future. I knew about the taurine, just didn't mention it. Why would I need Liver 52 or whatever if I have UDCA?

    UDCA is where my main questions lie as in how do I measure half a gram lol or if the dosing is correct

    Well true , you have UDCA...missed that haha. Anyhow , get a Pocket scale , they sell them QUITE cheap at nutraplanet! CEL Cycle assist has Milk Thistle?

    I would grab a digital scale to be accurate

    Wouldn't run it five weeks bud, four max. And don't buy into the "omg sd has horrible sides" slander until u try yourself. I get way worse sides from epi personally

    Don't listen to anyone who is 6'1 $1.60LB. Take all these people's advice with a grain of salt and always run on the cautious side. BTW: SD will **** you up if you are not educated on it

    Like I said, personally, aka in my experience. I know sd is potent ****. And once again I choose to be 160 for competitive reasons, not cause I haven't been bigger or can't bulk. Every dude on this site feels the need to shoot down opinions, when its simply my personal advice. Go eat your egg whites and chill out dude, **** isn't that serious. I just told him not to be intimidated by the mass amounts of propaganda and negative views on sd until he tries it himself. I feel great on sd, only sides I get are lethargy and even that's manageable.

    Lol, you made me laugh with the 6'1" comment hahaha. I've ran SD before, no supports or pct and no shut down whatsoever. This also was before I knew what a PH was or a PCT. I may of been lucky or SD may just work with me, regardless I'm *over*prepared for this cycle. I'll be running a series of logs containing SD. Probably the next 3-5 cycles will include SD...yeah I got a real good deal don't hate. I did get me a 0.01 scale for a good price sub $15 off amazon, will come in handy for other weighing too...4/2o LOL

    Well I got my scale on the way, contemplating starting my cycle tomorrow. Also will be dosing the UDCA down quite a bit, from .5g ED to .250 EoD. I read an article that shows .250g is the highest absorption rate in the body and the half life is 3-4 days, technically I don't need to dose but twice a week, but I do what I want lol.

    Just looked at the calendar and i'm not too sure as to when I'll start now. Starting today would end 3 days before my birthday, waiting a week of course I finish after my birthday. Hahaha, what the hell am I talking about, start today lol, not gonna lose anything in 3 days of PCT. Just hope I don't cry when no one gets me anything lol

    Ha thanks man, should be starting today. I know to dose my SD with my fish oil and multi, the half life is still estimated 6-8 hours I believe so I suppose as long as I take it 6-8 hours of working out i'll be good? What if I took it first thing when I got up aka 2pm and went to the gym at 10pm, that probably would be a waste right? I know Celorza would have this answer lol

    I believe that maximum saturation is reached after 1 hour of ingestion. A lot of people take it pre workout for that reason.

    Yeah I've always done an hour pre workout, you can feel the effects full on that way. After about two and a half weeks the nuts will start withering away for sure so.be ready for that

    I don't care about the size of my nuts, the smaller they are the bigger my dick looks in comparison right lol. Alright I'll definitely take my dose an hour before workout. I've waited roughly 6 hours for my roommate to want to go to the gym and that's not going to fly on a daily basis. So when I hit up 2 doses a day, when should I pop the first one? Within 6-8 hours of the second one, which is 1 hour pre workout?
