Been off for 3 weeks or so and I still have a hurt elbow. Very stiff and dry joint. How long can this persist? Fish oil and glucosamine kinda works but not totally. Thoughts?
go light on triceps. and try taking Cissus by USP labs for a month for joints, it really helped me alot

It's more biceps that hurt or rather when doing them hurts my elbow (joint). Mine has been hurting for well over 1 1/2 months.
it could hurt forever. who knows? i hurt my shoulder years ago and it still hurts everyday. try different exercises than usual. dont explode on lifts go lighter and keep continuous tension on the muscle during the lifts. might help? ibuprofen might help the inflammation.
I'd try some Cissus and NOW topical Celadrin
