Hi guys, this is my first post, but I do a lot of reading on here.
How many months or years or proper training and diet will it take to go from 160lbs/15% BF to 160lbs 8% BF (-11 lbs fat, +12 lbs muscle)? I know there isn't any right answer and there are a number of variables, but any estimate would be appreciated.
Btw, I am currently almost finishing the 2nd week of my first cycle. (RPN Havoc 30/40/40/40/40). I have been training hard (as usual), and I have been trying to eat 3000+ Calories a day. This isn't much info on the cycle, but my question isn't about the cycle, its about how long do you guys think it will take for me to achieve my goal. Thanks!
