Pinning advice please.

This will be my first injectable cycle, got everything today. So I got everything ready and got ready to pin in my quad...was waiting for the pain..non...went right in,then...my leg started to spasm pulled it out quickly must have hit a nerve I'm guessing then I got really dizzy so I went to my bed real quick think I passed out for a min woke up sweaty. So I decided to try again but this time in the glute with a new needle,once again went in easily but just as I got it started to get dizzy pulled it out laid down but didn't pass out took a few deep breaths(still no inject!). I think this may be since my childhood I've hated drs and shots I would kick and punch the nurses,how do I overcome this, I know it doesn't hurt now ....idk any advice would be great. I was thinking of not looking at it, but I have to check if there's any blood in the needle......

same thing happened to me the first time. your quad WILL spasm from time to time, just keep it limp as much as possible. as for passing out n what not, you're nervous, very lol. my first time i did it, it was in my quad, i did it, i was so nervous my vision faded, and i was sweating thinking i hit a vein or something. you get over it, just takes a few cracks at it.

For your own good, do not do a dart injection... instead pin very slowly, take your time, "the dart" will only hurt you, specially if you are new to this cause when hitting quads, you can hit a nerve easily.

By the way, i feel you... i dont know how i am hoing to deal with my injections fear 2 months more to pin!!!!

It's definitely anxiety, which you'll overcome with each injection, and possibly your first! Try letting a fellow juicer pin you. I hate pinning myself, so now I have my wife do it!

Well I've had Needle in three times total lol then start to get dizzy before I can aspirate ugh I hate this I've gone through like 25 alcohol pads,no fellow juicers unfortunately and not asking my girl since she doesn't know.

I tried to control my breathing n still start getting woozy take the needle out and go to the ground so I don't fall n get hurt soon as I'm on the ground I feel fine just pissed cuz I'm so close!

lol... I can laugh because I cant even let my doctor draw blood without almost passing out... its totally anxiety!! it sucks!!! I hope it gets better for you...

I want to pin but I KNOW this will happen to me too... i think Ill just get a needle and stick myself over and over and over until i can actually put something in the syringe!

No going to try today I had it in and felt it moving in my leg it freaked me out a little didn't hurt went to aspirate and just got dizzy wtf!!!?? Lol I spent more time thinking about it and which spot have the needle in for like 5 seconds lol. Fml

are you standing or sitting? try it seated so you can really relax your quad... not as much to worry about if you do pass out from it either since you're not going much farther than a chair. also. dont think about the pin. just stick it. tell your self to breath.. 1,2,3 in 3,2,1 out. use that if you get any anger issues as well. it just seems to calm the body significantly.

at this point, i dont understand how you don't just push the oil in. if you keep sticking yourself, to me, it hurts drawing it out without having done anything, sometimes it hurts bad for me depending, but its only 10 seconds. fight dat der anxiety-tech

I know I've told myself It's in now the hard part it over then I start getting dizzy so I pull it out lol

honestly man, i still get it sometimes. that "****, ****, this may hurt" in my head, push it in, some pulling/stinging, just breathe slow, and push the oil in, and DO NOT move the pin around, that hurts lol. pull out, swab, massage, high fives all around. its like that feeling of jumping off a high diving board.
