I am planning to get clenbuterol for a 3 week cycle. It will be my first time and I'm still learning about clenbuterol or anabolics. I haven't used anabolics yet either. I am just getting back into training after a few years off and I need to lose a lot of fat.
My diet is good so is my training. I am burning fat but I want to do it a bit faster which is why I want the clen.
I have 2 problems, the first being I wouldn't know how to identify if I have got the real deal.
The second problem is that I am not confident about the dosage I will be getting 40mg tabs and plan to dose like this:
day 1-3 40mg
day 4-7 80mg
day 8-14 120mg
day 15-18 80mg
day 19-21 40mg
I am hoping to find someone here who can give me some advice on identifying the tabs and also with my dosage plan Ie: is my plan any good.

Get a little more clen, run it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Less can be more so start at 20 and bump up till you hit roughly 120 then stay there till day 14. Stop taking clen for 14 days then take it again for 14 days with the same method.

2 weeks on 2 weeks off. Usually escalate the tabs until you feel the sides. Some folks can reach 180/200 and others can't go more than 100/120, depends on you. Just pay attention to what ur doing.Gettin' Gear, Doin Work and Spittin' Knowledge!

Thanks for the advice guys. I can only get 40mg tabs and I've been told cutting them in half won't give me 20mg because the dosage isn't evenly distributed through the tab.
I am definitly going for the 2 week on/off cycle.
I had no idea about the benadryl! Thanks for that!

There are higher dosed tabs out there along with the liquid oral version which is great!
Maybe look around for the liquid, more consistent and easier to gauge the doses.
