Correct dosage for nolva and clomid??

I want to get this right before i start my PCT, I will be getting Nolva and clomid. these are the questions i have. MY last pct was not right and want to make sure everything is in order.

The bottles I have come with the eye dropper. The dropper is not labled... so how much exactly do i take and how often??
