making gyno go away. do i need more supps

i am on pct, week 2(day 10). starting day two of PCT, i could feel a lump in my right nipplie. I am currently taking Torem at 60mg a day, and exemestane at 25mg a day. The gyno has not really gotten worse, but I can still feel the lump. Now I just kinda recheck it all day long, feel the lump, and get worried. its not physically visible, but i can feel it reallly good underneath.

should i just keep taking the exemestane at 25mg a day?
can i reverse it and make it go away completly? should rush order and throw in some nolva or letro?
