What to stack with M4ohn that is easy on hair?

What would be a good keep my hair stack? for cutting, for bulking.
I would use Spiro too.

1,4 andro and 4-AD aren't bad choices IMO, especially with Spiro. 19-Nor Diol should also be easy but who knows how effective it may be
