So i'm getting ready for my haloplex cycle that i'll be running within the next 1-2 months. This will be my second round with a PH, having done a similar hdrol clone before while training for my first powerlifting meet. Here's my stats
5'11, 21 y/o
240 lbs.
caloric intake: 3,500(bulking)
Training: following a modified 531 program
Goals: Add a decent amount of LBM, 345 bench, 575 deadlift (currently 330, 550) & add some noticeable size
My current plan:
-Hawthorne berry/CEL cycle assist 2 wk preload: 2g's PD of HB and the the recommended dose of the cycle assist PD.
-5 week cycle: Halo-Plex- 50/75/75/75/75
-Support supplements: fish oil, multi, cycle assist, milk thistle, Hawthorne berry, some type of herbal supplement for lethargy.
PCT: Nolvadex: 20/10/10/10 (im a little concerned about the nolva dose, is this ok for this cycle? or should I run it 20/20/10/10?)
Also, I have some letro on hand just in case. I'm really concerned about gyno lol.
I posted this for some constructive criticism so if you guys would change anything or if anything doesn't look right let me know.
