The goal is a total recomp here. Looking to lose about 3% body fat, dropping me from 15% to 12%. I'll be consuming about 200 calories above maintenance and sticking to strictly power lifts and cardio will be added in every other day.
Clen will be run 2 on 2 off from weeks 2-8 and T3 will be run in conjuction.
What do you think? Or is this certain death...
