hello gentlemen its been awhile since ive been on AM. Im writing this to show possibly help others. im a muay thai kickboxer going on about 5 years now. anyways long story short heres what i did and my results
week 1 -2 var 25mg
week 2- 8 var 50mg
off cycle
week 1 -4 60mg evista
also taking anabolic extreme retain.
im currently on my second week of the off cycle.
starting weight 156 7% bf.
current weight 175 10%.
i know most cycle are test based. but its hard to pin yourself when your getting kick in ur legs. I have practice 2 hours a day, and then i lift at night. I also work my legs out everyother day. heavy squats.
