Liv.52 with Ph's...4 hr gap???

Would Liv.52 need to be spaced out from your ph's the same way milk thistle is supposed to be? Do all liver supports need to be spaced out or is there something in particular about milk thistle that it a no-no to take with ph's? Or is this broscience?

The main problem was that milk thistle interferes with androgen receptors hence the 4 hour window. It is also believed to reduce protein synthesis. Not something I would bother playing with on cycle!
