2 weeks in doing letro for gyno

so im about 2 weeks in on letro to help with gyno i got from estrogen rebound after my last pct. I started tapering it up the 1st 5 days to 2.5 mg. I'm almost at 2 weeks and the lump has gone down drastically. The only thing is the puffy nipples are the same. Should i continue to keep running the letro for a few more weeks?
