I read on a website that was posted by littlemonster if I am not mistaking about injectable B-12. It was very informanitive but it didnt say how much or how often to take it.Can anyone answer this?

yes, depending on mg/ml

You can use up to 1000mcg daily. Most b-12 is 1000mcg/ml so you would use 1ml or 1cc daily. Most docs will only recommend this amount once a week or once a month, but we know better!
