well mates, been bulking steadily for about 2 1/2 years now, and i just hit that point where no matter how much i ate i could not gain weight for the life of me; Actually, at around 3.5k-3.7k cals a day, i was on the verge of loosing weight.
Long story short, i took about 5-6 weeks to cut from 212-190 @ 9-10.5% BF, and i was curious as to coming back up to a bulk.
Since they say your quite anabolic and your bodys not used to such an intake from such a low one, should i ease my way back up to 500+M cals? Or should i just go the full on 3.2-3.5k after my 2.2k?
Also i have some nice pictures from a bloat-lean machine if anyone wants to know how test+clen+ketotifen worked ^_^
