H-drol cycle Pct and caloric intake goals

Ive seen a million different H drol cycle and pct set ups what are your set ups and good experiences ? On Cycle , Post cycle, and Nutrition please give some examples let me know what you liked what you didn't.

Please also include dosages in a week by week format for all components.
