60mg Clen ED, in 20mg pills , spread out?

Hey guys,

If you were going to take 60mg of clen ed for 2 weeks. and the pills are 20mg per. Should you spread them out over the day or does it matter? Could you just pop 3 in the morning? Also can you take caffiene and 1 3 dimelthylamine at the same time as clen?

Clen has a half life of like 30 - 36 hours IIRC, so I would just take them all at once.

But why only take 60mcg for 2 weeks when many taper up to 120mcg or higher

Your cycles fu(ked man, start at 40 and ramp up every two days by 20 till you reach 120 after two weeks take a two week break

day 1+2 40
day 3+4 60
day 5+6 80
day 7+8 100
day 9+14 120
somthing like this, some guys ramp back down after 120 but i never have and yes taking it all at once is ok.
60 straight through will be crazy for two or three days then nothing for the rest, your body gets used to it at a rapid rate.
