I have been noticing people have been posting a lot of threads looking for advice on cycles, when really they need to watch what they eat and workout.

What you need to be able to do before a cycle.
Bench your 1.2x bodyweight (this is not hard I did it when I was 18 and just starting)
Squat your 1.6x bodyweight (again not that hard)
Deadlift 2x bodyweight
Chin-ups or pull-ups: body weight x 1.2 or 8 reps with body weight.
If cutting is your goal then be able to say you are at most 15% bf honestly
Get to the gym frequently


What you need to know before starting a cycle.
What a solid pct entails.
Realize the potential risks involved in AASs
Know how to train properly and know when you are over training.
What compounds you are taking.


If you can do and know all of these things and have hit a plateu perhaps you can try anabolics. If you are uncapable of these minute accomplishments then your time and money would be better spent working out and reading up.

I realize many people wont read this but if this stops 1 person from posting a completely pointless thread I will be happy
