    First cycle need advice


    hey guys i need some advice on my first cycle. im thinking about doing a test-e only cycle for 12 weeks 500mg per week. i've been weight training for about 3 years and since i started i have made gains from 122lbs to 160. currently im 5'11" and 155lbs at 8% bf. this is going to be my first cycle so i need to know what to expect in terms of reasonable gains and fat gains (though i know most of it is due to my diet). my goal is to be 190lbs and cycle off.

    what would be the best way to go to accomplish this. would you add deca to the cycle? and what should gains should i expect?

    Age? Diet? Because if you can't eat enough to grow naturally right now, you won't be able to grow (beyond water weight) on AAS...

    i am 22 years old and my diet consists of 3500-4000 calories. i have made reasonable gains from this and can still continue with it but i'm thinking about competing in local comps. i played hockey my whole life and now i need something else to compete in. i have no interest in going pro but i would love to take on a new challenge down the road. i'm not saying i would want to do it in the next 2 years but if i can then i will. fitness comps are something i would aim for.

    I'd stick to a single compound for a first cycle, get an AI, some HCG, and a proper PCT lined up and you should be able to put some solid keepable gains on with 12 weeks of injecting (for a 14 week on cycle). Make sure you up the calories/protien significantly as well. You should be able to make some natural gains too as well with just more clean calories and proper training (are you possibly overtraining/cardio-ing as well?)

    IMO, id forget the cycle for now and up your cals to about 5000 daily. youve got plenty of room to grow naturally still
