hey guys i need some advice on my first cycle. im thinking about doing a test-e only cycle for 12 weeks 500mg per week. i've been weight training for about 3 years and since i started i have made gains from 122lbs to 160. currently im 5'11" and 155lbs at 8% bf. this is going to be my first cycle so i need to know what to expect in terms of reasonable gains and fat gains (though i know most of it is due to my diet). my goal is to be 190lbs and cycle off.
what would be the best way to go to accomplish this. would you add deca to the cycle? and what should gains should i expect?
