    Looking for advise on deciding on my next PH. I focus on strength so like the title says, which PH would you recommend for strength gains that are maintainable?

  6. Honestly if your PCT is solid you can keep strength gains off of any cycle......I ran M14ADD bridged to Dieselbolan and SD....I've kept all my strength gains and increased strength...

    just decline benched 345 the other night and I was around 315 at the end of my cycle

    woah, you log this?

    Isnt diesel basically 2 SD molecules hooked together? Just curious about that stack, seems like itd be pretty intense (unless we're talking tiny dosages)

    thats intresting, I didnt keep my strength after SD to epi. 2 years ago, but I finally built back up to it.

  11. For me, it's more about keeping that same mental intensity through pct and beyond, which obviously is hard to do. I've added rmp in between cycles, and that's helped. I respond pretty decently to that supp. For me, progestins give the best strength gains, but they are also very hard to maintain.

  12. H Drol.. mild compared to others and many people have logged their experience. Also shows you proper cycle dosage and other must haves while you cycle.

  13. I like hdrol, it's maintainable and good gains. SD was hard to keep through PCT, although kept gains. Epi was good too but hdrol was best

    M14 120/120/120/120
    Diesel 0/0/3/3/3/3
    SD - thrown in between weeks 3 and 4....started at 5mg....bumped to 7.5....then bumped to 10 till end of cycle

    Yes. I have a log going. Can't link I'm mobile.

    Started at 219.....shot up to 230 ish

    Now I'm around 220-225 and I'm looking bigger and am stronger than before I started my cycle. (was bloated as **** from all the estro at the beginning of PCT...no gyno....not prone at all).

    Diesel is DMZ and MLMG. Structurally speaking its similar. I think of it as a drier SD without all the toxic sides.
