What to expect from a ph cycle and making one to fit my goals/needs?

Hey guys

Recently new to bodybuilding, mostly into boxing training and currently just take protein and jack3d+ very healthy diet.

I'm looking to get into the ph game, but I'm not to sure what to expect from it. I'm about 6'1", 215 lbs, 15% body fat.

My buddy does an ultradrol cycle a few times a year but I haven't heard much good about side effects from that.

I read that H-drol was a good mild ph to start off on.

Basically just wondering what I need to do for this to be safe and effective. Looking for strength gains on bench, squat and dead lift. It would be nice to see the results ie bigger chest, legs, back. But the gains themselves without much cut up looks would be great also.

I may be filled with misinformation so please set me straight.

If ur recently new to bodybuilding you shouldn't do steroids you can accomplish a lot natural before thinking anabolics if ur stuck on doing anabolics look into hdrol or epi and research for a good pct
