Good deal, but 20mg/cap is a large dose for some. This is what I stocked up on: http://www.massnutrition.com/products.cfm?cur_man=IDS&item=ID027. It is extremely potent--the caps are 10mg.

10mg per cap, the recommendation is 2 caps, once daily. A bit high as a recommendation, in my opinion, but it will put on muscle, amongst its other effects.
