Considering First Cycle - A Few Questions

I'm planning my first cycle and I have a few questions I'd like help with.

To start: I'm 25, male, 5'11", 185lbs and ~13-15% bf. Major lifts are bench - 235lb 1RM, squat - 280lb 1RM, dealift - 390lb 1RM.

My cycle plan is as follows:
Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg (250mg/pin)
Weeks 11-12: Nothing
Weeks 13-15: Torem, 120mg
Week 16: Torem, 90mg
Week 17: Torem, 60mg
I will also have Letro and Spiro on hand for possible side effects.

My goal is to gain and keep 7-10lb of lean mass with low to moderate fat gain.

I've had pre-cycle blood work done. The pertinent items are:
- Total Test: 721 ng/dL (range: 348-1197)
- LH: 3.5 mIU/ml (range: 1.7-8.6)
- FSH: 1.3 mIu/mL (range: 1.5-12.4)
- Estradiol: 37.5 pg/mL (range: 7.6-42.6)

So my questions are:
Do you have any comments on my planned cycle?
Should I be concerned about my low FSH (and possibly LH)? Secondary hypogonadism seems ruled out due to my normal test levels.
Is hCG recommended on cycle or not? The jury seems out, in my research. With low LH and FSH, would I risk burning out my HPTA with overly judicious use of hCG?
Is 10 weeks and appropriate length of time for a first cycle? Would 8 be better or is the difference negligible?

test 10 weks is good but i was told 12 weeks is better cuz you gonna see the serious gain after wek 5, im not an expert anyway i ask questions too.
i would worry about gaining first, then later on you can sycle again use diferent type of gear to cut down fat. so i would focus on one thing at the time.
