Taking my first bike ride... need advice

Hey guys,

I'm considering doing my first cycle and I'm getting conflicting advice from some friends who are experienced. I'm just beginning my research and am NOT rushing into anything.

Stats

29yrs old
5'9
200lbs
17% bf currently

Background
Personal Trainer for 11 years (not anymore though)
Have used several cycles of PH's successfully
No health issues other than a bad shoulder
Not a competitive bodybuilder or athlete but like to look and perform like both

Goals:
I turn 30 in six months and I want to be in the best shape of my life. I'd like to be 205 @ 9% bf. I've been 180 @ 9% but that was when I was 25. I'm definitely noticing how much more challenging it is to keep the fat off the older I get. I'm NOT bulking hardcore however I wouldn't be opposed to a little size obviously. I'm more concerned with re-comping and hard/lean muscle.

They both have different amounts of each they recommend but I'm still doing my research to determine what's best for me. I just want to do the safest stack possible while still getting the full benefit of my first cycle.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I'll be researching the forum as well while receiving input in this thread.
