I am running a Helladrol cycle starting Monday...
Here's a little background... I am 29 years old... 6'1", 175 pounds... 7% body fat...
I want to gain 5-10 lbs without gaining any bodyfat...
My diet is extremely clean, maybe too clean... I know I need to up my calories because I currently do about 2700 and I am going to push it up to about 3500...
I lift extremely hard and am extremely strong for my size however I do a lot of cardio 7 days a week because I am a triathlete... I do 5 miles a day of running and 5 of stairclimbing ( I KNOW, I KNOW, cut the cardio...) however I cannot cut the cardio... I still feel like I can achieve the goals I want... Here's my cycle set up...
