Currently on 500 mg of Test E/ week for 5 weeks so far.....up 20 lbs, from 175 lbs to around 195-198lbs.
Starting my prep on dec 1st for my competition on april 28th......and i will be using the blast and cruise method.

DEC 1st - FEB 1st - cruise 125 mg test E / week

FEB 1st -APRIL 28th - BLAST - TEST E + EQ for 4-6 weeks. Last 8-6 weeks out = test prop+masteron+EQ + Tren A.

please critique i know.....i havent planned out 100 % as yet but this is just something i plan on doing right now...let me know what u guys think and feel free to add your opinion on what i should do for my contest prep!
