I've actually got a substantial stash of this stuff since the ban and figured I'd at the very least use up an unfinished bottle of each on a short low dose cycle. I plan on 10mg of each compound. That's half the recommended dosage and 1/3 of the dosage I have done in the past with great results. The point is to test the theories discussed here:

ycle looks like 10/10/10 with all your normal support supplements...fish oil, multi-v and such with the addition of CEL cycle assist ran throughout.

PCT will be
Clomid 50/50/25/25
CEL Formestane
Sustain Alpha transdermal
DAA

I have Nolva as well.

Stats:
5'8" 180lbs 32yo ~15%+bf
Diet will be 2000c 50p/30c/20f

Looking to lean out a bit and retain more of the gains than I did with the full dose which was a lot of water weight.

Pointers before I start? Changes?

Its alot I know but high reps is what my body responds to unfortunately. GVT training taught me that.

You ever read any of Dante's thoughts on DC training? I am curious cause the logic you are using is the same bro-logic many have agreed with for years but until people do a lower volume workout that is high intensity/heavy weight, they never really know if it is volume that is best for them. I was with you for the longest time, then I ran a round of HST and couldn't believe the results. Just started DC and the science behind it makes perfect sense, you just have remove yourself from the must do more volume mentality.
