Sup fellas,
I’ve been OFF any and all PHs for close to 2 years and really wanna jump back into the game
I never stopped LIFTING or CARDIO or anything like that, just took a break from the ph aas game.
Goals: Recomp
Here’s the cycle I was thinking, nice and easy:
H-Drol: 50/75/75/75/75/75 (1 cap at breakfast then 1-2 preWO)
Sustain-Alpha: one dose of 5ml for 6 weeks
PCT:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
DAA: 3g/3g/3g/3g
Erase: 0/2caps/2caps/2caps/caps
Additionally, I have m-drol, e-stane, alpha one so if you have any suggestions I'll take 'em haha I have access to aas but I dont feel like dropping the cash yet
Stats:5'11" 210 (Bench 315, Pullups 22 max reps)
