    Epi Strong Cycle Looking for Help


    Plain on doing Epi Strong Cycle..Here is what I got...


    On Cycle:

    Preload Life Support One week and then take during On
    epi-strong: 30/45/45/45/60/60
    Primaforce Cissus 40% Ketosterones (120 caps) for Joints
    Dymatize GABA 111 Grams @ 4gm at bedtime
    Fish Oil 6g
    Multi-Vitamin



    PCT:
    PES Erase
    SNS DAA
    Life Support
    Competitive Edge Labs Cycle Assist
    Tamoxifen Citrate @ 40/40/20/20 from rui-products
    Dymatize GABA 111 Grams @ 4gm at bedtime
    Primaforce Cissus 40% Ketosterones (120 caps) for Joints
    Fish Oil 6g
    Multi-Vitamin


    What do ya'll think..Do I need 2 add subtract or change anything...Or should I stack anything with epi strong or take solo..Change brand??

    Looks pretty good to me bud, and it looks lije you have done some homework, but there just a few things I would change. First is your dosing of Nolva (Tamoxifen) in PCT. There is no need to go higher than 20/20/10/10 IMO. Second thing is that while I think having Erase in PCT is a good idea, I would run it at a low dose. Epi-strong will lower estrogen quite a bit itself, and you don't want to completely crush it in PCT, so a Low dose will allow that and then you will be able to run that bottle a little longer after PCT to prevent estrogen rebound after coming off the Nolva. You also may be able to drop Cissis at some point in PCT as well, but it wouldn't hurt to run it the whole PCT either.

    Everything else looks great man. Epi-strong dosed exactly like you have it on a solo run was the best I have had, so have fun!!

    I also agree with this....

    You should also be using some sort of a creatine both on and in pct. And a preworkout is optional, but not necessary.

    You might also want to think about adding transaderm to your cycle. Would help with libido and shutdown and will make PCT a lot easier.

    Note i think SNS is 45 servings so you could start the DAA a couple days before PCT starts and high dose it week one to get into your system.

    Looks pretty good my man. There is not much there I would change, and what you have listed with doses and what not all look spot on. The only thing I would consider adding is some HCGenerate to PCT, but it is not absolutely necessary. It might help you recover a little quicker and better. I like having extensive PCTs, but yours is decent with Nolva, Erase, and DAA. I just like to have a couple good boosters myself, just a personal preference.

    Now I need advice on deit and the Setting up the Best exercise Routine while On Epi Strong..Dont care if its cut or bulk..Just want to get the most bang for buck...
    Diet is 40 protein 40 carbs 20 fat.
    Should I take 2X bodyweight in protein while on,,and 1.5x when off..

    All I can really say is keep it basic. Basic foods and basic compound movements.

    I guess personal trainers are just there for nothing then huh????


    Id have to say that to a degree this is still true depending on what your past experience has been and where you are trying to go... sometimes you just gotta go with what you know and adjust from there.... but believe me there are plenty of routines and diets out there set up for specific goals that can def be a good starting point and get you to where your optimal levels might be over just a "shot in the dark" approach.

    I think all in all the cycle looks great, homework has obviously been done.

    Routine looks great for typical hypertrophy.... Dont be afraid to go heavier while on cycle, it will help you grow faster and you may be surprised at how much more weight you'll actually be able to do, just be cautious and use strict form with controlled movements so as not to injure yourself.

    Youve got the basics down for the diet macros and now its just about sourcing those nutrients and doing so with foods that you can stick to eating day in and day out for 6 weeks and beyond... remember to constantly increase your caloric intake as the weight goes on. A common mistake is many guys think they are stalling out in gains so it must mean they need more juice when all they need is more food.

    Good luck, you should have a very enjoyable run there with your setup
